No more crying as we struggle to chop onions. It whizzes through things in a second. So easy to keep clean, dear lord this is one of my favorite appliances. It's between this and the kitchenaid. It makes like so much easier when I want to batch or am making food for our frequent get togethers and parties. I love it. Meatballs. Sliced veggies. Chopped onions. Sauces. It was such a frivolous purchase, but so, so worth it.

Oh heck yes, this is the best chopping, slicer, shredded I have ever bought! My employees absolutely love it! I love it, I buy heads of cabbage and cauliflower to chop up and take home. Makes perfectly diced veggies, shredded spinach, sliced jalapenos, sliced onions, even dices tomatoes without mashing them. Super quiet, really shocked by this! Easy to clean and easy to put together. Ah finally something to ease the pain of prep. Thank you!

I own a Cafe and Bakery and we also do catering. We dice a lot of vegetables, this thing is a game changer. The only reason I held off for so long was the price but with the time savings it will pay for itself in no time. I think it takes longer to disassemble than to push our veggies through

It works really well, processes food at an incredible rate....Cleanup is easy, and the dice option is AWESOME!!!However, I bought the Cuisne attachment from Webstaurantstore.com andIt’s not compatible as the R2 dice and R2N aren’t the same units (through the “Dice” was just the attachment option) needles to say, $365 as part of a $1,000 order and they hit me with. 30% restock fee for a 2 day old unit still in the box. -so don’t stray from Amazon as this other crap web retailer isn’t worth doing business with...

This is an amazing food processor. Completely overkill for my home kitchen, but who cares? I only mark it down because of how Amazon packages it. Look at the picture. You can't see that exposed blade with the plastic on, and I cut myself 3 times reaching in to lift it out. The first 2 cuts I thought were from a hidden sharp plastic bowl scraper, then the 3rd cut bit deep. You can clearly see that the blade is designed to be shipped in place within the bowl, not just free floating. Poor packaging, AMAZON!

I owns bakery/cafe this robo coupe is a necessity in a commercial kitchen. This dicer absolutely saves time and effort!!!! I totally recommend this!
