You can add third party plugins to the Komplete Kontrol plugin, so yes you could control Logic plugins..

Q: What exactly is meant by "item and packaging with signs of usage" in rich tone music's product description? this is a new, unused, product, right?

If it says signs of usage it means it has been used and returned or has been used for demo purposes. You could ask if it has been a demo... I'd rather not have something that has been out on a shop floor and abused... however,if it has just been opened and tried out briefly, then that would be better. But then, why was it returned? ! Best buy new, boxed and un-opened IMHO.
