Northern Lights Bead
Liked that it came with a neat and compact box, didn't like that the bead wasn't in the box but in a small plastic bag. Opened the box to find it empty and thought the bead hadn't been sent even though it had. Might be better to put it in the box or don't send the box. Otherwise, the bead itself is lovely and is proudly on my bracelet. Thank you Trollbeads.

Disappointed- cheap, unsafe, presentation.
Very disappointed. I got this as a special gift for my sister. It was sent in a cheap tacky cloth bag, not the beautiful box in the advert. It could easily have got lost. My first and only time purchasing Troll beads. A special bead deserves a nice presentation.

It Does'nt fit on Pandora Bracelet's
My missus bought one of these for her pandora charm bracelet but the hole is too small to fit it, so instead she has it on a necklace chain. I'm not sure if it said that it would fit Pandora, or we just assumed it, but it 'appeared' to be of the correct type and size, so we feel a bit misled. As far as the bead goes, its of good quality and a reminder of our trip to the arctic a few years ago
