I think there's a good quality nuts.And they are a good proportion size.I take a pack to work each day.

Lately I'm really into getting individually sized bags of nuts because they are so convenient for snacking and the portion control is a good idea. These are 180 calories a bag with only 55mg sodium per package. These are lightly seasoned with sea salt. The packages are easy to open without a scissors. Just pull and they tear open.
