My favorite liquid magnesium -- not sticky-icky sweet like so many others, and it seems to me to work almost instantly.

I want to say first that I have digestive issues so I can’t take supplements internally. I used this topically and it did work! I felt more “ even keeled” and relaxed! It has a great combo of healthy ingredients to unwind / de-stress the mind and the body!

Four because I don’t like the taste of this. I ordered this one because the other one I normally get wasn’t available. This one has less mg per serving than I’d like even though it’s a bigger bottle. I’ll finish it, but I don’t like having to mix it with something in order to be able to tolerate the taste.

I bought 1️⃣ then I decided to buy 2️⃣ more because it’s made in America 🇺🇸 and it’s a very good price, 💰 also I like taking the liquid 🚰form vs the big capsules 💊 and the taste 👅 is not bad at all 👍

Finally a magnesium supplement that didn’t give me diarrhea! I can't believe it! I have the most sensitive colon and every other magnesium gummies caused issues every time I took them, but these drops didn't even cause abdominal cramps or gas. Thank you for not adding any bad ingredients and for making it ACTUALLY gentle on the digestive system! 10/10

Would be nice to have measurement on the dropper.
