Garlique Garlic Extract Supplement, Healthy Cholesterol Formula, Odorless & Vegan, 60 Caplets

Have always purchased this brand. Take it more as an added supplement. Can’t say it makes a difference in overall health other than what is written as to garlic being good for cholesterol etc. and its overall benefits. No after taste or upset stomach and one a day makes it convenient. If wanting to take a garlic supplement as part of your daily regimen, I would look at this brand for consideration.

I found out this year my cholesterol was at a 120 and after 3 months of changing my eating habits and adding this capsule daily, I am not at a 104. I suggest anybody try it.

I was happy when I found this because my doctor told me I needed to find a supplement to help with lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure or by the next time I did my labs if the numbers weren’t better she was going to put me on medication. She knows I hate taking prescription drugs. So I usually take cholesteroff which has worked amazing for me in the past. But I stopped taking them because they got way too expensive. So I found these and after reading the reviews thought I would give them a try. So I started taking them and took them for about a week and then noticed that I was having issues having a bowel movement. I had some serious constipation which I never had any issues with before in the past that I wasn’t able to fix with more water intake, exercise and adding more fruit and veggies to my diet. Did what I usually did in the past even added miralax and nothing seemed to help. So I stopped taking the pills. I’m not sure if that’s what caused the issue because I was taking a prescription drug my doc prescribed the first couple of days I started taking these. It’s been about a month and I just started having regular normal bowel movement’s for two days now. I want to start taking these pills again but I’m so scared that it’s what caused the constipation and because it took me so long to get it all under control again, I’m not sure if I should take these or not. I hope that these weren’t the cause because I have heard so many good things about them. But I may have to go back to paying a arm and a leg for the cholesteroff. Has anyone else had this issue? These will really make you feel the difference. It'll make your energy levels more steady and the crazy snack cravings will go away. I was a bit worried it would smell, but it's all natural and there's no garlic smell. Definitely something to stick with!
