Take your time, be very liberal with the Teflon tape!
I had an issue with the shower valve leaking, and after posting a review - which apparently was taken down - i was contacted by the company and was helped VERY QUICKLY.This system is indeed very much worth it! I cannot express enough how attentive the seller was to correcting my issue, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND theor products, if only for the customer satisfaction of how they responded!!

Dial setting not in best order
The set looks really great. I like that the shower head is separate from the spray handle. It seems to be made with quality materials.My one issue is the knob to turn the water on. You can turn the dial in either direction but to get to the faucet setting to take a bath, you must go through the shower setting or the sprayer setting. So to turn it off from filling the tub, you once again go past the shower setting spraying a quick burst of cold water.Going clockwise, the dial goes from hand held sprayer, faucet for the tub, shower head, then back to off. The tub setting should be the first setting, not the middle setting.

The faucet set looks great. It was missing a shower arm flange. I contacted Gabrylly immediately, and their customer service was on top of it. They responded quickly, and within a few days I had the missing part. Amazing customer service and communication.
