Easy to use, great reception.
When I received the VuQube, it didn't work properly. However, the resaler promptly organised it being sent back to Maxview - strangely they reported no problem found and returned it to me - whereupon it worked perfectly.I have now used it on a week's holiday - it literally took 2 minutes to set up, and gave great reception. Much better than struggling to get a tripod mounted dish lined up - especially in wet and windy weather.

Wast of time and money
First time I tried to use this the product the motor that swivels the dish around jammed. Never managed to get a signal, 4 hours of my life I won't get back, save your money and get a standard portable dish.Currently trying to send it back in order to get a refund.

Faster than a manual set up and much easier to set up if you travel alone..
It can still be a bit of a bother to set up but it is still much quicker that normal manual dishes. It is brilliant that you can sit in the van and using the hand controller scan for the satellite whilst watching the screen, so it is a boon if you are travelling on your own as it doesn't need one outside adjusting the dish and the other inside watching the screen.Make sure you have a decent view of the sky where you need to point the QUBE and make sure that trees are not in the way. Careful choice of pitch is a must so that you have a clear view south. Once you set it up don't move the QUBE and you won't need to set it up again. The QUBE has a security fixing lug and I lock mine with one of those steel wire dog leads and padlock it to the caravan just to be safe. If you situate the QUBE in a suitable out of the way place you can just leave it there for the whole holiday and you have good reception without further adjustment.

Excellent bit of kit.Never fails to find a signal and very quick to set up.Had to purchase a length of security cable and 2 padlocksAnd never failed to secure it either to our campervan chassisOr something on the pitch.Very pleased.
