False apart, literally two weeks after the return window closes. Cuts you in multiple places. Absolutely do not buy.

It's spring in the norther hemisphere and it's time to hack down that winter sweater and hit the beach. This beast knocked down the gnarliest my back could throw at it...no problem! I was incredibly impressed how few passes it took to finish the job. Also, best benefit is not having to ask anyone else to help you!!! Love this thing.

The box was sent from the manufacturers facility opened and the contense was just stuffed in the box. The Spare blades were floating around inside the box. This looks to be a returned item and sent to me as a new.The product is way overpriced as it is designed in UK and MADE IN CHINA.If I knew it was made in China I would not have purchased. This company has China make for penny's and then turns around and sells for a price point that would still make them lots of money if it were made in their own country.I do not support China in any fashion.For the cost of this unit you would think they could design with floating blades like a normal razor. The product works for the most part but is only worth less than half the price they charge.Update 4/17/2025:The company made good for this issue. I have changed my review to 3 stars as to be neutral.Thank you
