The media could not be loaded. I like the design and it gives a good output that can be boosted. Good quality simply remove top half to fill and add oil drops of you choice. Also has variable time, light on/off, continuous and intermittent mist. Comes with a remote and a generous selection of oils. Switches off automatically.I tried several different types/makes of these before finding this one which was the quietest so can be used anywhere in house including bedroom. Has a long thin white lead with a mains plug. Would recommend.

This is a wonderful diffuser that's surpassed my expectations. It comes with 8 different essential oils that are all fragrant and not overpowering. The water container holds a lot and lasts surprisingly long given the amount of vapor this puts out. I was honestly surprised at how strong it smells and how high the vapor goes. You can put this in the corner of a room and smell it from 5-10 feet away. Will easily make a room smell great and even stronger with the door closed. The product lighjts up a little bit which is nice but since this puts out a strong smell and the vapor stream is strong/high, I'm pleased with this product beyond what I originally thought it would provide for the price. Highly recommended!

Wonderful product.

Very quite , looks good , gives room a delicate sent. Only slight issue I cant distinguish the big/small mist flow. Both look same to me. But that not a problem

Lovely item

This is my 3rd diffuser I have purchased and was by far the worst. Came with 8 bottles of oils, all smelt nice. None of the oil would come out of any of the bottles. Ended up using my own oils from my other diffusers. Once set up I found it you fill it up between 400 - 600ml capacity, no mist comes out and it makes the water inside go foamy. Tried again and put between 200 - 300ml water in and eventually a little bit of mist came out. Could only smell the fragrance if up close to it. Did not fill the room up with any fragrance. Sent back for a refund

- The actual diffusion function is on the moderate to weak side, if you are looking for the aromatic benefits then please understand that the machine will have to be rather close to you, and that the recommended water to diffuser oil ratio will have to be augmented substantially to taste.- The diffusion timer function works flawlessly.- The RGB elements are pretty varied and also work seamlessly.- The remote that arrived with my product was non-functional. I made sure that the battery was adequately lodged, definitely a fault with my product, from other reviews it seams that I just got unlucky and wouldn't expect the same disfunction if I were to buy again.- Packaging was amply padded to prevent the somewhat delicate plastic of the diffuser from incurring any damages.- The scent bottles that arrived with the product where all sufficiently potent, as for aromatic preference,everyone has their own personal tastes, for me it was a mixed bag with Tea Tree, and Mint standing out as high quality rendition of "what you'd expect", whilst Orange and Lemon seem meaningfully worse than the other 6.

Looks good, works ok, although I found it awkward when changing water as the power lead has to be pulled out whilst water is in it and it is underneath the bowl and difficult to pull out without making a mess. Oils that came with it very weak smell and not quality oils for me. Remote control good idea and I liked the colour changing of it
