So far so good. Looked like OEM
I was really glad to see a generic saltwater replacement cartridge for our hotsprings hot tub. It been harder and harder to find retailers selling them at a reasonable discounted price. This one was about 2/3 the price of the OEM cartridge so that's a $50 savings. I read the reviews and some had complained they didn't last. Well so far it's been about a month and all is normal. Unit is working perfectly. I compaired the cartridge when I changed it and it looked exactly like the oem cartridge.So far so good. I'll update my review if so.thing changes.

Does not work and no way to contact seller
Purchased this product as a replacement. My prior cartridge hit its 4 months on Dec 3rd. I installed this new cartridge at that time. To this day, my hot tub does not display any salt reading. Simply "Inactive-Low Status". I was told to give it a bit of time. Previously to installing, salt level was great. After installing the new one, "Inactive-Low Salt". Out of curiousity, I installed my old cartridge just to see and salt levels were just fine. I also checked salt levels on the paper check. Levels just fine. Unfortunately, when I try to reach out to the seller, there is no contact method stated. When you click on the Product Support button, the only option is to "Troubleshoot Yourself". No way of reaching out to seller. While they state that Customer Service is of the utmost importance, it is interesting that they do not provide a way of contacting them. Save your money. I had always used Fresh Water cartridges and they work and have great customer support. I thought I'd try and save a little money. Turns out I wasted a lot.

The cell fits and I’m not getting any errors. I hope it lasts as long as the OEM ones do.

Not Genuine Hot Springs And System Does Not Work Properly
Swapped this with my old OEM Cartridge, purchased 2 of them and neither worked system kept saying salt was low or cartridge needed replaced chems are all in proper Balance. Swapped to a new OEM cartridge and everything worked perfectly. I'd avoid these $200.00 wasted

Not worth the try
This is an affordable so thought to try. salt system auto shuts down and reboots whole system. Have to install original. Or system wont run. Don't waist your money. I'm past the 30 day so no refund for me
