This is a great robot vac for under $600, my floors have never been cleaner! I didn't think I would be very impressed with the mopping from one of these things, but after extensive research, it seemed worth giving it a shot. I am amazed, this thing really does a great job mopping my oak hardwood floors! During mopping it periodically goes back to wash the mop and refill the cleaning fluid so it's not just spreading around dirty water. And it really does extract an amazing amount of dirt from the floors, as evidenced by the contents of the dirty water tank in the dock. I use the Roborock official cleaning solution as directed, and I find that it works wonderfully.I believe this model is the sweet spot in the Roborock lineup. It has most of the same features and cleaning performance of models costing significantly more. The extending side mop is definitely a game changer, it always gets to the edge of everything. The vacuum power is more than sufficient for hard floors and medium pile area rugs. There are models with more bells and whistles, though they are mostly just gimmicks and don't really make much of a difference. I didn't need a camera, I don't care about hot water vs room temp mop washing, or a more stylish rounded design to the dock, etc. I think this really is the best bang for the buck in Roborock's current lineup.Battery life is excellent, my routine is a full vacuum first, then a full mop after. I find the cleaning performance is better when not doing the vac and mop at the same time. I use this on the main level of my 3 level home, about a 1000 sqft area (a bit less when large furniture is taken into account), and it can vacuum the whole area and then go back and fully mop, all on a single charge with plenty of battery life to spare.As many others have pointed out also, the Roborock app is great, and the mapping is fantastic. No-go zones and invisible walls are easy to create, and the bot abides by them perfectly every time, literally down to the inch. This thing never has trouble finding its dock, it always knows exactly how to get back even in total darkness. It easily distinguishes carpet from hard floors and shows it all marked on the map. Every time it runs it seems to improve and fine tune its map and route, it literally learns over time. The app allows for multiple Roborock units to be controlled, I also have a $139 Q5 Pro which is now used for the other 2 levels of my home which consist of mostly carpet, and that machine is outstanding as well. The obstacle avoidance works well for most things, though it is not too great at detecting little things like small cat toys. A simple quick tidying of the area to be cleaned beforehand is all that's needed. Tip- pull out a couple chairs at the dining and kitchen tables before running it, and be amazed at how well it vacuums and mops every inch with the exception of just the spots covered by chair and table legs!Wifi network connection is quick, easy, and solid. This only runs on 2.4ghz band so your router must support both bands if applicable. Also bear in mind before purchasing this or another Roborock model, there are some limitations to what network password types this will accept. I've seen some complaints about this not connecting to the network. Make sure your password type is acceptable beforehand, and if it isn't, plan on changing it. Fortunately for me, my password was acceptable and did not require a change. Do your homework before purchasing and you won't be disappointed!

After researching robot vacuum/mop combinations for about 6 months, I decided to go with Roborock. I first bought a Qrevo S model and was immediately impressed. However, it did not clean all the way to the edge. I contacted customer service and was told the Qrevo pro would reach edges, so I ordered one on sale. My floors are spotless edge to edge now and I don't have to do a thing but turn it on in the app. It precisely maps your house and detects floor types. It was very easy to set up and can do multiple floors. I liked the Qrevo S so much that instead of returning it, I put it in my basement. You will not regret going with this brand. I have tow teenage boys who play baseball and they bring in a lot of dirt. This machine keeps my floors squeaky clean. I highly recommend.

Must say at the beginning I was very skeptical I was open minded but thought I'm probably going to return this thing for sure. Went through all the steps ran at a first time shocked and amazed to see the tank was black emptied the water and ran it again same thing black ran it about 5 to 6 times until the water started to get to the point where you could see through it let's just say this thing is absolutely amazing takes a while to get the clean where I can start not having to work so hard the once you get to that point it's maintenance after that

I have 3 shorthair cats & laminate plank flooring/parquet wood with area rugs in a single story ranch house. The RoboRock does well at vacuuming up the fur on the area rug, vacuuming up scattered litter on the rugs around the litter boxes, vacuuming up debris from my house plants, & mopping up cat vomit on my laminate floors (with only a capful of vinegar in the base resevoir & least amount of water usage setting on the robot itself). Also, I like that it pauses cleaning to return to the base to empty the dustbin or clean the mop heads & returns to cleaning right where it left off. With that said, the robot vaccum misses dirt/crumbs/cat litter along the edges of the area rug & as it transitions from hard floor to carpet, even on the highest suction setting, which means I still need to follow up with a regular vacuum to spot clean. It does best for for weekly maintainance on one type of flooring at a time. Still, it cuts down the amount of work I have to do as a pet owner to keep my house looking clean & I do recommend it.

My favorite robot!I had old version and I loved it. This newer version is a lot better. It's totally hand free. It cleans the mop and empty the dust bag by itself. I only need to add water and pull the dirty water.
