Been experimenting with cheesemaking and this was recommended to me by a friend who gave me a recipe for a semi-soft cheese. It was easy to use and the cheese was a hit!

Does the job as expected
I had only used rennet tablets before, so was very pleased that this liquid rennet worked as described perfectly. You get a decent amount in the bottle so I'd say it's value for money.

Definitely works
0.5ml per litre - Warmed the (Pasteurised + Calcium Chloride) milk, added the rennet, went and enjoyed the scenic view, came back in an hour and voila: Curds.Did the other stuff and ended up with Halloumi. so proof that this rennet works fine.

Do not buy this,small bottle but good for nothing,just throw away 8 bottles of milk
