SAMSUNG 32-inch Class LED Smart FHD TV 1080P (UN32N5300AFXZA, 2018 Model)

Amazed at how quickly the set up was and I am not a technology person. I purchased the 32 inch for a bedroom. Had the 40 inch in my living room for 1 1/2 years.and loved it, so when I needed one for the bedroom I didn't hesitate. Works great with WiFi box for regular channels and with the Samsung remote you get tons of free channels including a Midsomer Murders channel that I just love.. Watched a movie on Amazon Prime right away. Very happy with this purchase and my mail carrier brought it to the front porch. Very happy.

But... I had carefully re-packaged and obtained a refund because... Website does not provide enough pre-purchase information. I even downloaded the so-called Manual that I regard as useless because it doesn't provide any info that is much better than the setup guide. I was looking for a rear diagram to check for RCA Jacks Audio output needed to operate my wonderful SennHeiser remote Headset that I require to hear TV because I am partially deaf. Otherwise I have to turn TV volume up so loud it vibrates the walls and my wife can't sleep. My 20 year old Insignia TV include red and white (right and left jacks) for audio output. This set does not, so I boxed it up for Amazon free return. I then went and checked other boxes at Walmart and Sam's Club and the rear panels are all the same. No RCA Audio Output. A little trap door marked "Optical Audio Digital Output" caught my eye. Audio? I check on Amazon and happy days! Doubly so because 40 inch sets are as rare as Hen's teeth, while 43 inch is too big and won't fit in my room; I find a Converter Cable that converts Optical to Analog RCA Audio at a very reasonable price.I complain loudly at the difficulty of finding good-quality 32-40 inch TV's as marketing strategy is always more, more, more, bigger and bigger. Where does it end? 200 inch TV's at 64K Resolution? I need help to be physically boosted into my Son-in-Law's Pickup Truck.I guess I've been stuck in a 20 year old time warp. I order the Cable, again, unbox this Samsung Unit and Voila! It works great! Cancel my return!Picture and Sound, (for my wife, who can hear a Cockroach fart), are very good. She listens to TV speakers at low volume while I listen separately on my Headset. Sound is so good it's like I'm a teenager; hard of hearing has melted away!I would subtract a star if it weren't for the fact that all the TV manufactures are all the same-manual is mostly useless, RCA Jacks a thing of the past. I blame myself for looking to the past, ignorant of the present. OH well - all's well that ends well.

I purchased this Samsung TV because I liked the Samsung TV streaming channels that I regularly enjoy on my main TV. I like how their menu format makes it easy to use broadcast and internet streaming together without extra clicking on menus. The outside streaming apps are easy to access also.I am somewhat disappointed with this 32" model. I have a larger higher definition TV and was shocked how much less definition this 1080p rated model has in comparison. It really doesn't look any better than some 780p models I have had in the past. I am disappointed in how Samsung only offers this cheap model in $200 range or a $500 model in the the 32" size. They offer affordable ultrahigh definition TVs for $300 range in their 40+ inch models.The tabletop stand feet included in the box are cheap and the attachment screws for the feet are too big to work. The back mounting area for common universal TV mounts doesn't look very sturdy.This TV was made in Vietnam.If you are wondering if you should get the newer F6000 version, I would still opt for the older UN32N5300 since it has more connection options on the back and is probably built better inside.

Clear and very good picture. Not too hard to setup with smart TV options. Excellent quality especially for the price.
