Amazing light strip. More expensive, but I love that it does color gradients and the philips app has amazing preset options. I put it behind my sofa for more mood lighting and so I don't have to use the overhead recessed cans.

I have a lot of Hue lights around my house, and these worked well for my needs. My only complaint is that the light strip colors don't seem as vivid as my other lights, but it is very bright. I installed it by wrapping it around underneath my coffee table, which is located in front of my projector screen. With the Hue sync active, it looks awesome when I watch movies or shows. I also like that it lights up the floor in my living room without lighting the whole room, since I keep it dimly lit for the projector. No more tripping over things that I can't see on the floor.

Put above our cabinetry, it’s been functioning flawlessly. Integrated with Alexa, has a routine to be warm in the morning, cool in the evening, really adds to the ambiance and gives the room a little “pop”. Surprisingly bright through the whole spectrum.
