This is a Japanese SK5 scissors. They are very sharp and of good quality. Additionally, the price is quite low.

Extremely versatile, easy to use and extremely sharp. Cuts through chicken and fish like butter and is well built and designed. You can comfortably grip and use. Easy to clean. Still going strong after long usage and seems to last for a life time. Worth the money
