I like that the ingredients come in a 2 part openable capsule so it is not a pressed tablet. You can see the ingredients inside and with a pinch pour them out. They recommend taking 1 cap with 8 oz of water a couple times a day. This is fine. Huperzine spends a long time metabolizing in the body before it exits so we take every other day. I appreciate the easy to take capsule, being able to see the ingredients and open them to put in apple sauce or pudding for people no longer able to swallow pills. Beats having to grind with a mortar and pestle. This might be the lowest price around. It is the lowest we have seen. Happy i tried it. The round pill is Natures Plus which i love and used since 2014. Not complaining about that brand one bit. I love it. Just showing pill vs capsule.

The dosage this bottle provides is what people who don't have dementia should be seeking. As the warnings go, don't take it more than once or twice a week or you may become irritable from aceytycholine poisoning.

I ordered this 50mcg strength and received a bottle with a 50mcg label superimposed on an original label clearly stating that it’s the 200mcg extra strength formula. False relabeling may not be a crime, but it’s definitely a serious betrayal of public trust. Thank goodness I was paying close attention.
