Great for the first aid kit
If you want something to aid in your healing this is the stuff to get. I got this to help speed up the healing time of deep bruising I would get from playing contact sports. If I applied this as soon as the bruising happened it would cut the healing time basically in half. This is a must to have in your first aid kit. It applies easily, and is a great price compared to other topicals that do nothing and doesn't have that awful medicinal smell.

Works great for muscle aches!!
This works so well for muscle aches and pains. No smell at all and does such a great job at relieving tension and pain. It seems to last a long time and is a great value! Definitely plan to buy this again

Worth the money
All natural, great product.Had shoulder surgery and couldn't take pain drugs. This really helped me get thru the 6 hardest weeks after surgery.

Not as strong as I hoped
I like the roller but not strong enough for my neck when it’s tight. I will use it for bruises.
