No after sales service
Purchased Kratos duel mobile charger PQ1 on Amazon online, within few months one of the ports (USB) stopped working. Requested Kratos company for replacement of it , As it was under warranty. This item was bought on Amazon . In spite of giving date of purchase and sent photos of the item and its box , still they r insisting on invoice. It is a not fair on their part as authenticity of purchase can b ascertain by Kratos from Amazon. One feels, company is avoiding replacement of product.
