I have had neck pain for several weeks. I went to my Chiropractor for adjustment. That usually works, that time it did not. I ordered this, when I saw it, I said no way, this is going back. In fairness to the product and its purpose, I tried it.I’m so impressed and very pleased, no pain when I sat up. It’s been a couple of hours now, and still no pain. I can also turn my head in both directions without pain. It is in my closet and has a home.
