I purchased this supplement for my husband because although he generally has his IBS under control when we travel it can really flair up. We love to travel and often travel abroad. I actually met my husband when we were both living in Italy 15 years ago and every few years we go back. As anyone that has or has someone in their life that has IBS, you know that traveling can really cause those IBS symptoms to flair up and cause major discomfort and diarrhea. We have found that if he starts taking this supplement atleast 2 weeks before our trip he doesn't have a flair and he can truly enjoy our trips and vacations. This supplement has been a game changer for my husband. This supplement is easy to take with it being just one capsule a day. My husband has never complained about the smell or taste of the capsule. He just takes it in the morning with the rest of his daily medications. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that deals with IBS and especially those that have issues when traveling. I mean at some point you have to say, what do you have to lose right? Give it a shot and see if it works for you after a week or two. If it helps like it did for my husband you will never go back to stressing and worrying about having an IBS flair while traveling or on vacation.

I have suffered from IBS for over a year. This supplement is really providing relief from diarrhea which is one of my worst symptoms from IBS. I am experiencing fewer bathroom trips which is a blessing. You only have to take one pill a day. The supplement is easy to take and has no aftertaste. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I have only been taking this for a few days, so we’ll see how I feel after a few weeks, but so far it seems to be helping a little bit. I was looking for a good probiotic so the fact that it’s for IBS is really great for me! Easy to swallow and no taste

Got these for my older mother who has started struggling with some general gastrointestinal issues more frequently, the ingredients are simple and to the point, just well-known helpful gut bacteria so I see no reason it wont help, hoping it brings her some more regularity. Will update review after she's been taking it for a while.

Does nothing to help IBS-D seems to make it worse.

I’ve only been taking these pills for a week, and it seems to be helping. It’s certainly given me hope to continue using them. Yes, the coating gets sticky, but I swallow them with a big mouthful of water, and —no problem. I’m excited to finally find something that works! Thank you!!

Unfortunately after the third day of taking this, my partner had to stop. For him it seemed to cause his symptoms to get worse. When swallowed, the capsules like to stick to your tongue. They were on the more difficult side to swallow.
