I jumped to bad conclusions when I didn’t receive the charger cord, I am sorry. I assumed I had been ripped off, however, since I’ve ordered the charging cord for this and have plugged it in, I now see that it not only works but it’s in excellent health. I ran the diagnostic on the battery health and I honestly got an amazing deal. I am sincerely apologetic for my original review and because of this I had to evaluate my childish, angry behavior. I am actively working on my short fuse. Thank you, and forgive me.

I received the product plugged in ,wouldn't power up so disappointed, then drive 20 miles 1 way to return , so cost me money for a product that didn't work at all

I paid $53 after tax for this, it works like new for the most part. Some dings and dents but that's what I was going for. Thanks for the deal. 10/10

Was so nervous buying this, but it’s actually great. My teen has been using it for a month with no issues. Save yourself money and buy refurbished.
