I was looking for an easy solution to reduce size of the waist line and saw this type of roller wheel on adverts. Not sure how or if it works, I pulled the trigger.So far so good.This one is pretty reasonably priced and so far has been sturdy enough to sustain my 90kg weight. I particularly like the metal centre pole that connects the two arm rests on either side, it's not going to break any time soon.The usage is pretty simple but takes a bit of getting used to. In particular I had to watch some YouTube videos to get my body position right, otherwise I felt my back actually took the most training than abs.All in all, after a few days usage, I think this is a good product. How effective is it? Well it's 20% down to the tool and 80% down to me continuing the training.

Item was ordered after looking at others & looking at reviews.It's a very stable abb roller, much better than previous wheel & handle either side rollers.Very easy to assemble& very sturdy once put together.The digital timer does not come with a battery which I would expect, they are easy enough to purchase.Did my first work out on it, I am off a reasonable fitness level, I could feel the areas all over my upper body which was getting a good work out.I would happily recommend this item

Fast delivery and Easy assembly . trying to loose weight and keep fit, so hopefully this a roller will help. Works great so far, Very steady during use and not make any noise, it is Nice to beginners because the automatic rebound. Muscle aches after first few times use,(because I haven’t doing that much exercises before ) but getting better afterwards. Fab

This ab roller is very good for beginners when starting out this kind of equipment and you can move on to more difficult type of ab rollers. This comes in with forearm support providing pads which helps comfortability and support when going down really low!It also comes with a stop watch which shows how long you have been using it for. Unfortunately for me mine doesn’t work but it’s not too much of an issue when doing this type of exercise for me. Pretty amazing!

As soon as I bought it, I couldn't wait to assemble it. It was very easy to assemble and very strong. It feels very quality. It is also very light to travel and easy to take exercise anytime and anywhere. The most important thing is that no noise is not afraid to disturb others, and it is worth buying.

It’s very easy to use and assemble but timer doesn’t have batteries. Can’t find out battery size
