No free refund
There was no problem with the product but it wasn’t suitable for who I bought it for.When I went to return it I had to pay the postage. As a prime member I automatically assumed there would be a pre paid label but no. I had to download the label myself and pay the postage. I use Amazon for the free shipping and returns.

Our child opened this in Christmas Day to discover a huge crack on one side and wooden box split.
