Bought this for my elderly mother following her stroke. She lives alone and this device gives us piece of mind in between carers visits. Was straightforward to set up and is linked to 4 phone numbers. I went for the 2 button option so that there is always 1 charging, although the battery charge level can be montored through the app. No chance of missing the alarm - it's long and loud! If it sounds, we phone 1st to check it's not a false alarm. Thankfully, we have only had a couple of false alarms.

Fantastic product. Loaded up the App and connects easily to wireless network. Have tested the operation while at work and got my wife to press one of the buttons and let me know when she had done it. Very little delay at all before I received a notification. Gives great peace of mind if you have anyone in your family who may need assistance while you are out or at work. I think am going to get same set up for my mother so if she has any emergency she can notify me asap.

I bought this for my parents as peace of mind for me when they are alone at night. I attached it to both mine and my sister’s phones so if he presses it, we both get alerted. We have tested it and it works really well. Thank goodness they haven't’ had to use it for emergencies yet. Overall really good product.

Over WiFi add devices on the App by pressing the panic button for 15 seconds, repeat for unit 2.I went to town, rang my elderly mother and told her to press the red panic button for 3 seconds and the App activated the alarm. It’s that simple!! No handling company fees. Excellent product.

Got this for monitoring my wife in case she falls. It really works well and even outwith the WiFi range it will send an alarm wherever you are via the phone signal.

Very good for the money I paid

You get 2 buttons , easy to connect to mobile ,and two iPads , but when I connect the second button it disconnects the First, don’t know wheth I’m doing something wrong ,or what is the point of a second button , but the performance is good
