I run everyday so I go through lots of sports drinks daily. I got kinda bored of the other drinks I was having and wanted to find another more affordable drink so I decided to try Bodyarmor Lyte. I choose the "Dragonfruit Berry" flavor and I'm pretty happy with what I got.Pros:- Tastes great! Doesn't have that chemical aftertaste you usually get with sugar free drinks.- Low Calorie! Uses stevia so no sugar is added leaving it at only 20 calories.- No Dyes! This one is a big one for me, it has none of the bs dyes they use in other sports drinks like Gatorade like red 40- Vitamins and Minerals! Contains lots of super important vitamins like b6 and b12 which are super important for our bodies. Good list of minerals too with calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium, all at good amounts.- Good Bottle! The packaging this comes in is pretty basic but the bottle itself is really good with thick plastic and a good wide cap.Cons:- The coconut water used in this product is a concentrate which is not as good as just regular coconut water but honestly I would not have known if I did not check the label.- Some of the vitamins and minerals are not in the best form they could be. The Magnesium in the drink is magnesium oxide which is not very bioavailable for our bodies compared to something like magnesium citrate or glycinate.Conclusion:For the price I think that this drink is definitely worth it. There are some areas the drink could be improved but overall it is a great tasting affordable healthy drink.Hopefully this review helped! 😊

Love the taste. I actually got this unsubscribe and save which is a good deal. I ordered the mango and it is really really good. I ended up getting the strawberry banana, which was a shipping mistake, but I’m glad I did because that is a really good flavor as well. They don’t taste like they are diet. I was having a lot of cramps in my feet and in my legs. I drink one of these a day and it has been eliminating that. My doctor also had told me to start taking electrolytes, but the powders are just horrible tasting and I can’t gag them down. This lets you be able to get your electrolytes out, dreading it..

Love these! Went through cases and cases of body armor in different flavors! I'm picky about my flavors and this one is a good solid option. For one, body armor alone is fantastic, especially when breastfeeding. It's made with coconut water which is so beneficial for a breastfeeding mom. It is very hydrating which supports that milk supply and helps replenish your body for what it needs. I love that these are a healthier option for those counting the calories! This is a terrific option. I love having small bottles to easily get a hold of. They fit in the side pocket of my diaper m.?

I drink these one the daily and low calories too. Only downside is sometimes the shipping is very slow.

Best drink they make by far. Perfect coconut flavor and the smell is not overwhelming. I drank these postpartum and they helped me stay hydrated! They are definitely better refrigerated than room temp. This one has virtually no sugar in it and only 10 calories. Bought them three cases at a time!

Been using this brand now for about a year and tried multiple flavors. Love them all. High quality ingredients with minimal sugar or anything artificial. Intense, frequent walker & jogger. Whenever I drink just 1 of these this afterwards I feel close to fully replenished. Highly recommend!
