I did my daughter’s edges on Tuesday morning, mind you, she sweats in her scalp! She lasted all day, all through the night (WITH A BONNET ON!), the next morning, all through school again, and right when I was picking her up, I saw some slight frizzing. When I tell you this edge control is holy grail!! I used the slightest amount, so just imagine if I really did her ponytails AND edges with this products. Definitely will be buying again, I absolutely love it!

My 4C hair loves this product. I have used countless of edge control products and was seldom satisfied. It last so much longer than most products. To make it last longer, particularly the next day, I usually use a little water and tie it down. Then I have another day of hold for my edges. I will be adding this product to my hair care regimen. Love it! I've recommended to my daughter.

I love the fragrance and it does hold edges without the stiff feel or repeated touch ups. Apply once and you’re good for 3 days. What I didn’t like is that it gave my hair a matte finish and on the second day the edges had white residue

Love it, I have loc’s and I like to lay down my edges especially when it’s time for a retwist. The quality is good I have 4c hair type . Then scent is amazing not over powering. It shines not the dull or flaky look. It’s last for a few days. Anything that can hold up longer than a day in this Texas heat is a win for me.

It seems and looks like jello, good smell. As soon as I put it on my edges I knew they weren’t going anywhere. It passes the scratch test as well. When I used Ecostyler or other gels the beginning of the day it would come out of place half of my work shift. Bask and Lather lasts me from the morning past bedtime, if I let it stay on that well. I would recommend holding a makeup wipe on your edges for at least a minute and a half before rubbing the gel off at the end of the day. I haven’t experienced a white cast or flakes at all.

I like this gel so much I decided to add it to my subscriptions. I have noticed a bit of white flaking a few times, but this is likely because I used another product in conjunction.When used sparingly, it's not sticky and holds well even in high humidity.
