Don't expect a high hatch rate
Item arrived packed in shredded paper inside egg carton. Hatch rate was 1 bird out of the dozen ordered in this color. There was a variety 4 dozen quail eggs ordered from this seller, as I am not an amateur when it comes to hatching. Extremely disappointed in product and seller as seller refused to even send replacement eggs. My autistic daughter was crushed withheld poor results.

Good packaging and great customer service
First of all regarding delivery great packaging one cracked egg not that severely.Got a few extras thrown in there which is great didn’t expect that. A lot of labels around the box describing its fragile and no x rays. From what I’ve seen even whit my own celadon they don’t always breed successfully compared to standard coturnix. I am waiting for them to hatch hopefully get a few hens and a roo out of them to add with my flock.the regular browns are from a project I’m working on with some of their jumbo whites i hatched last year.

First Time Quail Hatching
I ordered these blue coutornix quail for blue eggs. The shipping was quicker than anticipated. Packaging was excellent although 2 were still cracked during shipping. No extra eggs were sent to account for potential incidents. I was able to hatch 5 healthy chicks out of the 12. 5 of them May not have been fertilized. After the full incubation I cracked them open to look for the bulls eye and I didn’t see one. It was a little expensive to say I only had the possibility of hatching 5 of them but they’re cute as a button. The website was helpful with tips for hatching and after care which was useful for my first time hatching. I followed the directions to a T and was successful with my 5.

Seller may ship early, be prepared. I wasn't.
I liked the communication with the seller after the unfortunate event of my celadons having shipped a week early. The weather was 26°, it was left in my mailbox an hour or so after I left for work. I got the notification but I'm not really using a sick day to collect my mail. In any event the seller said they'd be fine. At 18 hours I candled and placed in my incubator, less the 3 hairline cracked ones.At day 7 I made a novice choice to keep them all in case my untrained eye would betray me. Day 14 we went into lock down, candled again, 5 fertilized eggs, 2 quitters. After this point, it was no longer the sellers indiscretion, but my own. So, I don't think it's a bad batch. Despite the weather and the postal issues, I would say it's a pretty safe bet, so long as you don't order until after you're ready, not based on the delivery estimate through Amazon. The packaging was a higher quality than some, but not in the foam egg shippers- of which I have no preference but I know some do.

Horrible
Worst eggs ever not a one hatched didn’t even start to form. And I know it’s not the incubator been having 95% hatch rate on all my other eggs!

Great quality
Bought only 12 fertilized eggs and hatchet out 10! Which is a great hatch rate. 1 egg was not fertilized and 1 baby passed before hatching. Highly recommend. I've already ordered more.

Low hatch rate
Only had two hatch. When examining the eggs a lot had not even made it to the first stages if they were fertile. Packaging was good and no cracks. The color is gorgeous but my students were disappointed. By far our lowest hatch rate out of the eggs we have tried.

Meh
4 of 12 hatched, several didn't develop. I wasn't thrilled with the hatch/development rate. I had a different sellers eggs in with this batch and they did great. Shipping was fast and they were packed great. The 4 I did get are cute, but definitely not of the jumbo quail variety. Over all, just meh.
