Having a happy gut feels like having a tiny party going on inside you (with less confetti, hopefully). That's why I decided to test out these "Gut Restore" probiotics. Big plus right off the bat - they're gluten-free, which is a lifesaver for folks with celiac disease.Now, I'm all for a good gut celebration, but it's a bit early to tell if these are the ultimate party favors. It can take some time for probiotics to work their magic, so I'll be sure to leave an update if things get livelier down below (in a good way, of course!).What I do like is the whole "12 Strain Probiotic & Postbiotic Butyrate Generator" thing. Sounds impressive, right? Like a high-tech orchestra for your gut. Plus, the fact they're vegan is another win. All in all, these seem like a well-rounded crew for your internal ecosystem.So, the verdict for now? Gluten-free, interesting ingredients, and hopefully an upcoming gut fiesta! I'll be sure to report back and let you know if these probiotics become my new go-to for a happy digestive party.

Its kinda a waste of bacteria, would make good yogurt start, but the MicrobiomeX with the citrus fruit bioflavonoids are what we really get here and I am sure they sell a better product with more fruits involved or just microbiomeX itself but this product (maybe keep the spore product but is the one bacteria worth it in spore form compared too your gastro resistant capsules? If not then another which should stop being produced so all the good bacteria can be used in the bio cultures product, though you get 120 for pretty cheap already, I would rather you never dropped the price and invested more in the company, giving you are one of our bests)

Sorry this item caused me a bit of a problem, after 3 days use had very gassy stomach, so not for everyone

Very good, quality ingredients, easy to swallow

Unfortunately makes me extremely gassy which has been rather painful. Which is a shame as I've used other products of this brand with good success. This one sadly doesn't agree with me
