Solid product but be aware potential problems.
Well made and solid but not without frustration with my initial attempt at CO2 distribution. This is not a flaw with this product, but with any CO2 regulator in general. My first unit was returned due to no flow, had been previously returned and sent out as new due to the damaged box, dirty condition and tool marks, thanks Amazon. Paid full fare as they would not accept my coupon code but were more than happy to send out a non-working item. Replacement arrived and although brand new and apparently untouched by consumer hands also would not pass gas. Decided to call ACI for assistance but had to play the email game and got little advice other than replacement. Opened a ticket and after 10 days received a new one. Guess what, this one also would not pass gas. Decided that the best course of action was to take it apart and low and behold, found a microscopic piece of debris which was plugging up the works inside the regulator chamber. Had tank pressure on the gauge but that was it. Put it back together and it is now working like a charm. Again, we're talking a spec of debris so small I could barely see it but was large enough to plug up the works. This is not a bash, but an FYI for those who may come across this problem with this item or any CO2 regulator for that matter. Unfortunately customer service could not deliver any insight other than replacing the item. Be sure to release a small blast from your tank prior to connecting the regulator to as a precautionary practice.Would have given 5 stars if Customer Service Rep did more than apologize for the inconvenience, and actually put me in touch with real tech support. All in all, happy to have a working CO2 system after 3 weeks!

No flow in brand new regulator
I’m having the same issue that multiple other reviewers have had. I installed the regulator and plugged it in to my controller, the solenoid kicked on but there was zero flow coming from the regulator. The flow meter stayed at zero. I have a vivosun regulator that works fine, but I wanted to see if this ACI one was better, since most of their products are great and the vivosun regulator, while being mostly fine, doesn’t seem to give accurate readings on its pressure gauge all the time, and also reads empty when there is still a little bit of CO2 left.

Great Quality
AC Infinity products are the best in my opinion, from durability to performance and quality. The ease of use is there as well as whatever support you may need or want from a company and their product.

AC Infinity Co2 Regulator
I'm used to a slightly different type of regulator from with planted aquariums. Generally they're the same, but utilize a bubble counter instead of a float bead. Once used to the different method of outflow. Utilizing the regulator with the AC Infinity controller is easy. I have a 4' x 3' 2in1 tent. With a 9" fan, 6" carbon exhaust, uva, an se3000 light and a small circulation fan for the 3' x 3' portion. With it set around 2.5 for outflow. It takes less than a minute for a 1350ppm reading on the controller, off at night. After 5 days testing/familiarizing, it says the 20lb co2 tank is still full. I might even dial it back more so I don't have to close the tank when doing tent maintenance. AC Infinity gets pretty detailed with information included with some products, but far as recommended settings, landing itself 4 stars out of 5. They made that precedent themselves, 🤷🏻♂️. I'd be a little concerned about dialing in low flow accuracy if not using a monitor/controller, but that's mostly from ability to dial flow back to 1 drop/sec in small spaces like a 50gallon aquarium with bubble varieties.
