Pharma NordBioActive Q10 Uniqinol 30mg 150 Capsules

I've used Pharma Nord co-enyme products for many years and find they are excellent quality. They are expensive, but I've tried cheaper brands & the capsules were just not as effective.Bodykind were the cheapest supplier I could find & their service has always been very good. They also have a points/reward scheme which helps with the cost.The co-enzyme capsules are reputed to help support one's immune system and aid energy levels, and I have certainly felt the benefit since I have taken them. A few years ago I had a problem occasionally with tooth abscesses (despite good diet & strict dental hygiene), but since taking the co-enymes I have not had another abscess.

Great product! My mom (70yo) is suffering of HBP and has a couple of blood pressure meds. Due to some side effects to some meds, she’s dropped one and added this Q10 instead, and now functions better. I started her in the higher dose for the first month or so - 100mg (a bit pricier) but now she’s fine with just the 30mg (you can take more in bad days). Of course she’s being monitored by the GP.She’s also taking 300mg of Mag a day, that helps.

I don't know if they do anything, but my nutritionist recommended this brand and suggested that because it's so well absorbed the relatively lower dose of 30mg Ubiquinol is still sufficient. I can't afford 100mg so I hope she's right!I have ME/CFS but they don't really make a difference so maybe I do need the higher dose but I can't afford them. But I keep taking them because they can't hurt! But at least I can count on the quality and that I'm nourishing my body with at least some of what it needs!!

These were recommended by a herbalist. I have used them before and they are beneficial. Really good because each tablet is in a closed foil section. Well worth the money.

Very happy with these.I previously took the Ubiquinone version from another supplier, until I read that only people in their 20's can convert this well to the active form; I take 60 mg a day of the Ubiquinol, so these 30mg tablets are perfect.All Ubiquinol in the world seems to be manufactured by the same Japanese company, which I don't think sells it directly. It is very sensitive to light and the Pharma Nord capsules are well protected from this.

I am always looking for supplements made in accordance with European standards and this product fits this requirement. Also it contains the active form of Q10 which is better for older age.

Great quality but too expensive for me I’m afraid.
