The EdgeSilk Nail Strip 18" - Strengthen & Repairs Natural Nails

I was surprised at how well this worked. Having a nail split is so annoying, but once I had cut a small patch to place on the split and then covered with clear nail varnish. The tape became transparent and not overly visible. I was sure to cut the sticky side of the tape and fix directly to the nail, any over hang will fray. I replaced with new tape and varnish within the week and soon the split could be filed. Plenty of tape that will last a long time. It stopped me catching the split nail and making it worse or uncomfortable

Brilliant product for nail repairs, if used with nail glue/resin.I’ve noticed some users don’t realise it needs to be set with a nail resin / nail glue, from either from same company, or Elegant Touch or similar. I’ve long been familiar with the product but I’ve knocked a star off because this needs to be clearer for other buyers on the packaging. It is slightly fiddly if you’re working with a very small patch, small sharp nail scissors and tweezers are helpful.If you apply and set using 2 or 3 layers of glue/resin and file it smooth you get a durable and near invisible repair. You just have to know how to use it properly.

The stickiness is great on its own as its like a thin sticker (which makes it easier to use) but I still brush on some nail glue on top for added durability. With the size of the role this will last you years if you’re not breaking your nails everyday, so its amazing value for money!!Just super handy to have for ease of use on the go or wherever you are.

Thought it worked well to begin with. Layered it up with a few layers with nail glue and it soon starts lifting off the nail. I have to keep removing and re applying everyday!

Good product, perfect for fixing a cracked nail. Self adhesive which is perfect and makes it so easy to use.

Brilliant product! My nail broke vertically which anyone who experienced this knows it’s not pleasant. Filed my nail as much as i possibly could, but I had to use plaster anyway! After a few days of frustration and some research I found out that there are those amazing silk nail strip! Nail saved! Thank you!!!However, please make sure you ara applying the product correctly with good quality nail glue otherwise it won’t work. I have tried using nail glue I used to use, well known brand but it looked good for a few hours and it was lifting up making me to remove and apply again. Finally I found on Amazon an amazing product which is perfect! (FYI - Invogue Brush on Nail Glue). My nail is strong and looks natural! Very happy with the results!

This is a good product. Just found it a bit difficult to cut to size, but it was my first time of using it. I would recommend it.

This nail repair silk is very easy to use. It's strong, and can hold even half a nail break together till it's grown out. I have used other nail silks but this is the best I've found. It sticks to where you put it. Once glued down it remains in place. There is a lot in the pack too. All in all this is the best nail repair silk I've used. Very happy to buy more when it's eventually finished.
