Great quality, fast and precise temperature reading. Water resistant. I use it for making yogurt at home and it works perfectly.

I bought it as I needed a new thermometer for steaming milk. As one of the cheapest options, I didn't have very high hopes but was happy to be proved wrong. Perfect for the price.I use it at home, for my own coffee. But I think should still work perfectly fine if you work as a barista.It comes with a little clip to attach it to the side of the milk jug, which frees your hands.The temperature markings are big and easy to read, they are also colour-coded with the ideal milk temperature highlighted in green (between 60-70C ).The only downside was that it's quite big/long, but most likely not an issue if you're using normal steaming milk jugs. (I use a very small 300ml jug).It takes a couple of seconds for the temperature to match the milk temperature, which is expected. It's easy to "learn" how much more it heats after you stop steaming to get the same temperature every time.Can't comment on how good it is for anything other than steaming milk as I haven't used it for anything else.

Got this to make sure milk is the correct temperature for frothing for latte art. I'm currently using a Nanofoamer Lithium until I get myself a proper espresso machine. This does the job and is reasonably priced.Looks good, decent quality, good price = value for money, would recommend to others looking for a milk thermometer.

Accurate, with adjustable jug clip.Works great for an unscalded cappuccino. Would definitely recommend.

This is handy for getting the milk temp when I'm steaming it. I've realised that I can heat the milk hotter than I was previously doing, meaning I get better results, and a hot drink at the end rather than the warm drinks I was getting before.There is a bit of a delay in the temperature guage, but it's no biggie
