I got this for my daughter-in-law as she has problems with her hands so I thought this could help her, it fits her palm nicely and she says after using it for a couple of weeks she is noticing a difference.I would recommend this.

Seems ok
I got this as I have arthritis is my wrists and a very weak grip. My initial thought is that is not enough resistance but I’m not really sure what I expected from it. The spikes give a good surface to grip on and stop it getting damp with hand sweat, too.It didn’t have anything in the way of guidance about how best to use it, or how often. I haven’t been using it long enough to know if it’s going to work, yet but hopefully it will help.
