These were very sturdy and good quality. I had to return them because they were too short for cutting large roasts.

If you been cutting meat with a none meat blade I would say be safe and get these they are safe and at a good price

Extremely aggressive teeth
They are ss and do not rust but… These have extremely aggressive teeth and tear up the bone pretty bad. Will not purchase again unless they have a finer tooth version.
