It comes with all hardware u need. I had to put spacer to clear pipe on my 2021 street bob. They look great and grip well. I did loctite each spike to be sure.

Q: Will this work on 2021 street bob?

You'll have to make a little flat piece bracket to move the peg up on the pipe side to clear the pipes. I did and they're fine.

Q: Will these work on 2022 Low Rider S?

Yes they will. Just installed on my ST which has same mounts
