Someone recommended this to me after having some issues being backed up starting a glp1. I've never been a frequent go-er to begin with and this was getting a bit excessive even with a fiber supplement. Desperate and uncomfortable using traditional laxatives, this stuff is nothing short of amazing. It doesn't taste horrible and can drink it without any sweetener or creamer. I do let it steep much longer than the directions say, but that's primarily because I forget about it on the counter until half an hour after putting the bag in the cup.Probably about 12 hours later, the urge to go arrives and it's a very gentle movement without any abdominal discomfort or pain like your average laxatives and stool softeners. I can't recommend this stuff enough to anyone that's a bit backed up or have stools that are difficult to pass. Depending on how backed up you are you might have to go a few times that day, but there's nothing explosive or uncomfortable about any of them. Highly recommend.

I lost 5 lbs in just a week using this tea, so it definitely does what it says! It made me go to the bathroom a lot, which I expected, but it was more than I thought. I recommend it if you’re trying to slim down, but don’t drink it the night before going out, you’ll want to stay home the next morning. Taste is nice too!

Great natural laxative! Drink according to instructions! It will work overnight and in the morning, you will use restroom just right if you suffer from constipation.

Now if you have to work the next day, please get up early. This is an amazing detox. I drink at night before bed and it works over night. It can cramp you up if it’s been a while but normally doesn’t. Just know that it really works and if you don’t do public bathrooms, please don’t drink this at work

I have been getting this tea for years now and this is the first time I think I got a bad box of teas. I have used like 4 tea bags and everyone of them has burst, all the spices in the bag floats around in the tea. I know the tea works great, but this is a bad box so far.
