Great pillow
Purchased this for a long trip and it was the best neck pillow I've used on a plane. Wirecutter had mentioned this and I'm so glad I made the purchase! I was worried when I took it out of the package because it seemed so thin compared to the foam ones that the others in my family had chosen, but it was comfortable, didn't get hot, stayed in place, and worked well with my over the ear headphones. I slept well and it was nice to snap it on to my backpack.

Comfortable and useful for sleeping!
Great option! It travels well and can fit in a tote bag or backpack. You can technically clip it on to your bag, but the snap on mine is too weak to stay closed. It's very comfortable and really does keep your head from falling forward. I'm also on the petite side, and this was much more comfortable for me compared to the standard pillows you find at airport gifts shops. The only potential con is that it's made of a fleece material and can get too warm at times.

This is the one.
You know when you try out “the right one.” I previously tried one of the bulkier types, open in the front , with a fastener to make it tighter, or fit right. It felt like I had put on a neck brace. It came up over my ears, the back was too thick and pushed my head forward. It was just too tall. It didn’t cradle my head. Very uncomfortable. Then I tried this one. It felt just right. I left it on for awhile just sitting in my recliner. It actually relaxed me. I am a senior, 5’3”, female, and about 175 lbs. So if you haven’t found the right one, try’s different style.I took off one star for the pouch that it comes with as it is too soft and will probably tear before long. Stuff sack material would be so much better. But very happy with this purchase.

Game Changer
I have tried and dismissed regular neck pillows on a plane. Tried this on a whim….wow!! Game changer….totally awesome and helped to get some rest. Made premium economy feel like business class! Worth every penny and then some.

Here are the Pros and Cons after a year usage
Needed to get something for my kiddo because he constantly falls asleep on long drives. I decided to try the BCOZZY travel pillow after seeing it get great reviews online. Here are my thoughts after using it for over a year.Pros:- Adjustable design allows you to customize the fit. The long velcro strip lets you tighten or loosen to your perfect size.- The fabric feels very soft and plush. It's comfortable against your skin.- It provides nice chin and head support. Head didn't flop forward when kiddo fell asleep.- Packs down nicely into the included bag. Compact for storing in carry-on.Cons:- Did not stand the test of time, became less supportive after several months of usage.- The neck hole is on the small side. It has to be pulled fairly tight on my neck to close with the velcro.- Can feel a bit tight/choking if cinched down too much. It's a delicate balance to find the right snugness.- The fabric, while soft, seems like it might get hot. More cooling material would have been better.Overall, I think the BCOZZY pillow is a decent option for travel but for the price and durability, I wouldn't recommend it. It's not perfect and it doesn't last. (Not that anything in life is or does, lol) The cushion isn't as sturdy after a few months of usage and after a year, it no longer supports my 6 years old neck. Will be looking for something else. Hope this review helped.

Excellent Neck Support — Totally Worth It
When I was about to purchase, I noticed a warning that this product had a high return rate. Still, I decided to give it a chance — and I’m so glad I did! This neck pillow is fantastic. It provides excellent support for the neck, whether you lean your head to the sides or forward. It keeps your head from falling and maintains proper neck alignment, which allowed me to sleep without constantly waking up from my head slipping. I definitely recommend it!

Truly firm & sturdy!
I typically do not use travel pillows because they are not sturdy enough. This one, however, was perfect! It was firm and kept my head from nodding down on the plane. The overlapping ends support your chin wonderfully.

Easy to adjust to the neck
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had purchased travel neck pillows in different brands and shapes, and this one was a really convenient easy-carry bag. I forgot the last one that I had at the airport because I had to carry it in my hand. Thanks.
