Buy this FIRST and avoid the embarrassment caused by an inferior Bluetooth .pdf page turner
After buying two other bluetooth page turners, I FINALLY got one that works reliably. The other, slightly less expensive page turners were nothing more than an exercise in extreme frustration. They either did nothing without multiple presses or did something completely screwed up---like unintentially shifting to a different songbook entirely. This page turner reliably and accurately flips .pdf pages with the slightest touch of the pedal. It is rechargeable and functions flawlessly. Don't waste your time and money on anything else if you need a bluetooth .pdf page changer...

Excellent for harpsichord use!
I purchased the AirTurn Duo500 chiefly to assist in turning pages on my iPad while performing on the harpsichord. I am extremely pleased! The AirTurn was extremely easy to pair with my iPad and ForScore (my sheet music application). Since there are no pedals with my harpsichord, placement of the AirTurn on the floor was not a problem. The back and forth pedals respond to foot pressure excellently. I have had no double turns or missed turns in either direction. For harpsichordists, I highly recommend the AirTurn Duo500!

This works great changing pages in the music on my iPad.
I use this with the forScore app on my iPad. It allows me to easily turn the pages in my music without taking my hands off the piano keys. It uses bluetooth so there are no wires to connect. It has a recharger battery in it that accepts a USB-C charging cable. The battery charges seems to last many hours of use.

Works perfectly.
This pedal works perfectly. I bought it because I had another one, this exact model, which I lost. It is perfect for use with ForScore.

Wonderful tool, but a user interface from the 70's
I got the AirTurn-Duo blue tooth pedal as a Christmas present to use to start/stop/repeat music loops on my iPad. The Pedal is well made, seems virtually indestructible and is silent in operation. I could live without the blue light flashing every 3 seconds but it's not that important. The unit works great and once configured is a joy to use.HOWEVER, the reason for the 3 stars is the unit has the worst user interface I've seen since using punch cards on the mainframe computer. The pedal has 7 different modes of operation which are not well documented in the manual (Which is only available on-line). It took me until Jan 12 to actually get the pedal to connect to the iPad, and to the specific application I'm using (AnyTune Pro+). For two weeks the pedal was "Bricked" and would not connect to any IOS device (Windows and Android ok). Goggling finally uncovered a link that mentioned in passing that the unit needs to be in Mode 2 for paring. To put the unit in Mode 2, one must hold down a button until a light flashes 2 times then release the button. Screw up and hold it till it blinks 3, or 4 times and you get to start all over. A ridiculous interface which detracts from the usability of the pedal. Add an LCD and buttons and you'd have 5 stars. In summary, a very well made unit hampered by poor documentation and an archaic interface.A month later I'd like to amend my review. The user interface is terrible, but I should only deduct one point for that. The pedal, once connected is flawless. I use it to start/stop/rewind AnyTune Pro. and works perfect. When playing along with the mp3 I use the pedal to restart if I make a mistake. I'm often frustrated with myself when I take a stab at the pedal to restart it it and smash the pedal rather hard. It takes the abuse, doesn't slide across the floor, just works as advertised. This unit is tough, silent, functional and deserving of 4 stars.

Amazing
Love every bit of this. It is very sensitive to the tapping of the foot. You probably already know about the bright light that blinks, I use some tape to help. It looks ugly, but honestly when I use it, it really doesn’t bother me. It is only when I am not using it, I prob need to turn it off immediately. That light is truly penatrating, I probably would try to find a black tape to cover it and make it less ugly.I recorded a detailed review comparing this, the firefly, and another $33 pedal on youtube.

Precise and easy to use app
It took a while for me to figure out the configuration I was looking for on the app. The pedal is one of the best I have tried and the feedback is just right. The key I chose it is based on the left/right pedal position. It works perfectly on stage whether you wear boots, high heels, or just sneakers. Some other devices have the pedal too close, and some are just too sensitive. I highly recommend this pedal for profession musicians.

Great for iPad/Travel
I use this iPad at home and when traveling. The pedals are big enough/easy to use. It works well - forward and backward - and there is no clicking noise. I have not used this as a handheld device, and don't expect to, but feel the purchase was worth the price. It was recommended by my sheet music company.
