Very comfortable for a full day of walking!
I wear these shoes almost every day, and I've walked up to 14,000, 17,000, and even 20,000 steps in them without any significant discomfort. I have a torn tendon and hairline fractures in my knee, and normally, most shoes—even orthopedic ones—don't help alleviate the pain from my tendon and knee. But with these, I only experience minor discomfort if I walk over 10,000 steps or when I reach 15,000 to 20,000 steps, which I think is just normal pain from walking that much. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, almost like walking on a pillow, but with a nice firmness that provides good support. They’re not too soft like some other shoes, such as Crocs, might be.I highly highly recommend!

Best sandals ever, but be careful of sizing
I have walked HUNDREDS of miles in these very comfortable sandals! They are sturdy and cushy,. The straps have also stayed in very good shape. The velcro strap is not as "sticky" after a few years, but that is reasonable. I've been able to walk anywhere, wet or dry, on smooth or rough ground.I wore size 7 sandals and needed to replace them.Beware:The "OLD" size 7 sandals are the size length as the "NEW" size 7.5.(The "NEW" size 7 sandals are shorter than the "OLD" size 7. )

Good looking shoe
The sole does wear out more quickly than I would like.

Really comfortable with minimal break-in
I bought these based on a review I saw elsewhere. We were traveling to Europe (which always involves a lot of walking) and I suffer from pretty tender feet. I was looking for something that wouldn't rub the balls of my feet raw or cause too much rubbing across my toes, but that were also a bit more stylish.I wear Birkenstocks a lot, but wanted something with straps for walking on a lot of cobblestone streets. With very minimal break-in, these were fantastic! No rubbing, good support, and the straps were just the right length for me. (I saw some others complain about where the velcro hits and wonder if perhaps they bought the wrong size.) Highly recommend!

Great for Summer Dancing
I wear mainly Clarks sandals, and these fit my feet well. I wear a 5B. My only concern is that the strap around my heel is hardly adjustable. It’s Velcro & I can’t tighten it enough. I’ve had the same problem with other styles, so I had been buying sandals with no straps. Now that I go dancing a lot, I need the strap. I wish other colors were available in my size.

Has Potential with a few adjustments
In theory these shoes are great, In practice they don't live up to what they should be. As received I would give them 3 1/2 stars but if you have time to make your own adjustments they can easily be 5 stars. The shoe bed fits true to size and yes they are extremely comfortable. They're also cute and match with nearly everything. The cons? The velcro placement and size makes absolutely no sense. As other reviewers mentioned the velcro strip is short and therefore leaves room for the strap to be lose around your ankle meaning the shoe moves a lot when you walk. It doesn't make sense why the velcro fastener wouldn't be made an inch or so longer for proper adjustment and for flexible sizing.I purchased these for a last minute trip and when they arrived I had my fingers crossed that the velcro wouldn't be an issue for me, unfortunately it was. They arrived the same day as my trip so I ran to the store and bought an adhesive velcro fastener which did the trick until I arrived in humid weather and as expected the adhesive velcro I added undid itself. For purposes of my trip the shoe was pretty much useless for this reason. However, now that I am back and have time I will add velcro once again and stitch it down to the shoe for future use. If you have the time to this simple fix I recommend this shoe and it would instantly be a 5 star shoe. My rating is based on the inconvenience of receiving a shoe for a trip last minute and not having time to make proper adjustments (When you buy something you want it to work as is not have to take extra steps to make it functional).

Not a walking sandal
I have an older pair of Cloudstepper sandals that I love - I hiked all over mountainous Sicily in them comfortably, but they have a lot of miles on them now so I bought these as a replacement. They are the right size for my feet. Putting them on, I noted that one foot felt a bit too tight across the top, while the other one was a little loose (yes, one of my feet is skinnier than the other). How unusual to not have any way to adjust the straps, but I thought it might not be a problem. They are immediately comfortable to stand in. I wish I could say they are good to walk in, but they are terrible! The straps across the foot are both elastic, so as I walk my feet slide forward so far my toes are extending over the front edge of the sandal. By the end of one day of wearing them for light walking, I had a blister forming on the bottom of a middle toe. There is no way to tighten or loosen them, and nothing to hold the foot firmly onto the footbed. These are absolutely not workable. Not wearable. My return window has closed, so I'm out the cost of the shoes.BTW, this is not what I have experienced in the past from Clarks, or from my experience with Cloudsteppers, as they have always been really good shoes. I'm going back to buying shoes I can try on in an actual store.
