This book is on the lower end of the price scale, but for the price, it's a good value. There are opportunities to write upper and lower case letters, however, there are certain letters where the only practice on the lower case letter is just circling it within a picture not actually writing it. I'd like to see writing each letter, both upper and lower case for each letter and more than just writing it once or twice. The pages are colorful and my 4 year old loves this book and how colorful and engaging it is. That being said, the binding is a little cheap and I can see the glue on the spine inside, but I'd buy this again, solely for the practice.
