It comes apart for easy cleaning!
So far so good. At first I was hating to clean this monster because the blades are so sharp and you have to put your arms so close to them to get it to clean. Then I discovered that the shroud is removable and the bowl is removable and WOW so easy to clean now. this is going to be one of my most favored tools to make my amazing ENERGY BARS with. Ramping up production with this great tool. Thanks HAKKA!

Working great
We have been a Hobart business for o we a century, but they have gotten priced so high we had to find a cheaper option. This is working very well. We have been using it in an active commercial kitchen for a few months and it seems comparable to the Hobart at this point.

Not a commercial grade machine
Could not chop cooked boneless breast of chicken without jamming. It is not good for commercial use.
