This book has given me a different perspective on men who are truly in tune or want to be in tune with themselves. Having an understanding of women was very important in this book because it really shines light on how men and women in their true essence should co exist, if we all lived by these stoic methods there would be a drastic decline in marriage. Thank you.

the information this book provided i have Neva heard before dat was the unique part of the book its new info and the info was all true and facts and things i've experienced before but Neva tried the outcome this book is suggesting...best book i ever read changed my life and put me ona path to my inner core wit the conscious knowledge of feminine and masculine polarity

One of my top three books! Truly invested. Heard about it in a Nipsey Hustle interview, recommended by Lauren London. Intended for men, but has many gems for a women’s perspective as well!

It’s a worthy read. The theme through the book is what masculine and feminine energies are and how they manifest. It’s a reference point to decide how you want to be experienced by yourself and the world at large. I’ll give it four stars because it should’ve been less pages. I don’t know what I’d remove but in the author’s own words, I was depolarized at some point.

What did I like or dislike?- I liked that it took into account that the difference of man and woman is something to be cherished and that we actually need each other to live a fulfilling life.That it is important to understand how you can achieve a state flow of your being when you accept the nature of the sexes.Maybe I disliked sometimes the wording that was chosen, but that is personal preference, I am not a big fan of very esoteric things, and for that part it is very raw to real life examples only sometimes lashed into words that can be hard to equate to some meaningful lesson.Whom would I recommend this book to?- To any Men who feel like they are out of touch with their purpose and have had bad experiences with women, it will teach you why it is your task to have a fulfilling relationship with your opposite.Why did I choose this rating?- Because it is a great read and the information presented is always concise with the intro of each chapter. There lies some true wisdom here which you only get from a lot of practice in sex, love and relationships that is very condensed here.

Learned so much about men and women and how we operate in today's society. Must read asap for anyone interested in self growth and understanding the opposite sex. Amazing read done in 3 days.

First of all, thank you for taking your time to improve your life. As a man in now dane age, it's hard to mature or grow to that ideal man a woman seeks- especially when it comes to trying to "figure her out" and her needs! In this book you will find out but not as an strategic way.You will find out more about yourself and the spiritual side of you and your woman or women you come across with. This is beyond the human mind can comprehend. This is why this book is not for those who find quick tricks or strategies to get laid but more of a deep foundation to prosper in your marriage, relationship or relationships. I call it the essence because from a spiritual level that you won't learn in the streets.6 years ago, I was 18, and employed... and single. My last serious relationship ended when I was 14. I was clueless of how to even ask for a girls phone number until one day a friend from high school did it for me. No good. This girl got really upset because she saw I had low self esteem because if I wanted her- why not have the balls?! I was clueless. From that shameful moment on, I decided to step up to my game. I wanted to share beautiful moments with a girl who was very compatible with me and for that I needed to learn things about me and women in particular. I was determied!After some massive research, this gentleman of the name of David DeAngelo showed up on my Google search talking about "attraction isn't a choice" and boy did my curiosity sparked! I was hooked to his programs and I did everything to get all the info that I could get to succeed with women! And so I did... BUT after he recommended this particular book that my full understanding became whole (of course, you can never learn everything about women!).This book which he mentioned along with a dozen more, was the most vital to finish my understanding of how men and women interact. Although single, I learned and understood many of David Deidas concept and spiritual meanings and before I knew it- I was in mad love with my 2 years old relationship that I was dreaming of! Everything was great even the sex! I was a very happy 19 year old!And you know what? I stopped reading the book- I had other relationships after that but it never again close to that one. It did not occurred to me to read again the book. I thought I knew it all. They say we only retain 10% of what we read. Well I could tell you that is very true. About 3 weeks ago, I saw the book as I was cleaning my closet and I picked it up and saw the headlines of the chapters. Many of them which got my attention. I sat down and I began to scan and read the important ones. To my surprise, it was as if I never read the book!Every time we have a new and newer experience- we see life at a different perspective which leads to a new understanding of things in which we have seen but before but your brain never processed it.And so I read the book once more and I have decided to commit and read it once every year to maintain my relationship and keep myself sharp.This book is for those who seek.
