Great purchase!
I've been taking this for 2 weeks now, the package states to take 3 times a day but I take one after breakfast and 1 after dinner. I'm noticing I'm sleeping better, feeling my general inflammation is lower because I am "feeling" overall "better." I also love the pouch packaging, not taking up as much space as a large bottle would! Thanks MicroIngredients, for thinking of this option!

JUST WHAT I NEEDED
What I Needed to help me stay calm a PRAY and this stuff has gotten me through somethings. We mix it with calming herbal teas of your choice mine is chamomile/ Lavander. NO unwanted stuff just what it says I was very pleased when I saw the bag this will last me a LONG time. Worth the money for the amount, you get and by the way I only use a half a scoop in the AM and half in the PM and works for me.
