Leaks!!!!
This product came leaking... had a pro plumber repair the first issue at installation. Water heater began leaking again. Requested a new piece and it came broken at delivery. Now no response from manufacturer. Would be great if it actually worked. :(

Does what we wanted - be careful not to get burned
This was a little tricky to install but we found a great plumber in the end who was able to figure it out. We had a Quooker in the past and this is NOT a Quooker, BUT it works pretty well.I've burned myself a couple times but now have learned that after running the hot water I need to run the tap to make sure the holt water is emptied.

Water heater e3 error.
Love the faucet but if you leave the hot water heater on and do not use it for 12 hours, it will fault a E3 error. Basically the water boils off and is not replenished (design flaw). I have learned to leave the water heater off when I do not need it and I no longer get the error.

Don't waste your money
After you've had it on for awhile, it starts spitting hot water and stream. You'll have to unplug it, and wait a day and turn back on. IF you plan on going out of town you'll want to unplug it....bottom line DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY....
