A Good Source of Horsetail
Holland & Barrett seem to have discontinued their line of SILICA COMPLEX that I had been using for a while. These are just as good and just as effective and most likely more pure. Definitely have distinct health benefits to hair and nails and so on and promotes the production of COLLAGEN in the body. Speedy delivery. Thank you.

Not 500mg of Silica but 500mg of Horsetail extract with 35mg of Silica
I was after 200mg Silica minimum and reading the title of 500mg I ordered this to find its only 35mg. I'll try it but not impressed with mislead title.
