Fantastic advices how to be positive
I love this book when I read it through I learned a lots of things about myself. I used to think negative as well I still do and have depression sometimes but I am trying to improve myself. This book is full of important information about how people don't realise they are in depression. They try to hide it and think it will disappear and feel shame to talk about it. The author explains when you try to run from your own thoughts it will hunt you down either way. To heal your mind you need to accept it which condition you are in first and than think about how can you be yourself again. People go for drinking smoking as a relief from their stress and become alcoholic or drog addict instead of try to sort the matter. The power is in you. You need to be around positive people who appreciate you and you feel good with them. Don't need to over think simple matters just let it go. You are not in control about everything we are human we all make mistakes sometimes you just accept it and step forward. Easy to to say than do right? Most of us try to be perfect and want to look perfect as well. We are just humans we fail sometimes it's completely fine just carry on doing and you will achieve your goals strive for it, it will be yours for sure. Overall I loved the advices in the book I highly recommend this for everyone.

Quality
It gives you a lot of thoughts to help you deal with repeated negative thoughts and develop better habits. It can help you notice harmful thought patterns and give you tips on how to develop better patterns. If you have been dealing with it for a long time, you cannot solve these problems quickly, but similar books can help you digest and work over time. This is a good clear example that can be easily read when you need a reminder.

Easy to read but basic
I found this quick to read as the style is straightforward and easy to follow . It’s a very short book, so don’t expect a thorough self help experience. I found some of the content irritating as it does literally state the obvious and pretty much just tells you not to think negatively. I think the most helpful bits are the end of chapter summaries, so this would possibly work as a quick reference/reminder book. The final words section felt like it was a bit rushed and contained info that could have been really interesting if fleshed out more. I’ve read better, I’ve read worse, so I would put this as average.

Great practical tips
I always buy books to help me with my mental health. I have been seen the glass "half empty" for few years (specially since the pandemic). This book is like talking to a very knowledgeable not judgemental friend. What I loved is the fact it gives you many different tips to deal with it. The author doesn't push everything but tells you many ways so you can pick the ones that might work for you. I have a photo of my favourite tip. It's about "naming it". I am going through interviews and I sometimes take reject too personally (on top of my poor self-esteem and other more worries). I named it and instantly detached it from my persona. I treated it like dealing with a teenager. I instantly felt better and continued. I attached a table of contents so you can see what's inside.

Enjoyable book , very informative
I read this book in two days ! It got me thinking about how I look at the world and the daily thoughts I have about situations , people and general life ! I m not a depressive , but I can fall into negative thinking ( cup half empty rather than half full) This book has really shown me step by step how to channel my thoughts and opinions through body language , humour and positivity , and I am feeling on the whole much better ! I shall refer back to the book when I need as it’s very informative .

Seems like an easy read
At a little over 100 pages and a layout that breaks everything down into bite sized pieces, this book looks like it'll be easy to read, unlike some big wordy books. I've yet to read it, so can't give 5 stars.
