Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really wanted to buy this device, and I’m pleasantly surprised by its compatibility.The set includes: a case, a cosmetic bag, a stand, a cord, and a charger.It was such a nice touch that the device came not just in a box.I also love its design — it’s ergonomic, practical, and well thought-out.I haven’t tried it in action yet, but I’ll definitely leave another review later!

This product is the real deal. I've never been all that into skincare and the technology that comes with it, but I had heard very good things about this company Bio-Therapeutic, and wanted to try them out.The micro fusion came in a beautiful, stylish box, and it felt and looked extremely sleek when I first took it out - you could tell that Bio-Therapeutic put a lot of care into both the actual design and the packaging of the product. It also came with a detailed handbook, so that even an amateur like me could figure out how to use it in just a few minutes.I didn't quite know what to expect at first. But, I've now used it multiple times, and I can say that the results have blown me away. The EXFOL mode gets out so much gunk every time I use it, and the CLEAR and APPLY modes have really made my skin look AND feel so much smoother. It pairs perfectly with my current cleansers and creams, and I'm actually planning on buying some specially from Bio-Therapeutic to pair in the future.My only regret is not buying this product sooner - do yourself a favor, and get one. It's so effective and very well-made: I can see why it's priced where it is. It's not another cheap knockoff from some random foreign company - the fact that it's made in America, by a family-owned small business, means a lot.

I received the BT-Micro Fusion device (Model: MF69) as a Christmas gift and began using it in December 2023. I used it about once a month, very gently, and it stopped working in May 2025—after only 18 uses. It shows as fully charged (all LED lights on), but it won’t power on at all.I contacted the seller, Pro-Med Xpress, and despite the device failing just 6 months after the warranty expired, they refused to help—no troubleshooting advice, no support, no replacement. Just “we cannot assist.”For a product at this price point, with such light use, this is unacceptable. Buyers should know that this device may not last beyond a year—and if it fails, you’re on your own. I do not recommend purchasing.

Love this ultrasonic skin scrubber! I also love has small it is so it's not too bulky in the salon room.

Personally I bought this for extractions and think that it works wonderful for them! I already have one that I use at work as an esthetician and love it. I do wish near the buttons it wouldn't peel off over time, other than that I love this device!
