Small business using this as a cash box for employees to drop envelopes in securely. So far we haven’t had any issues with the quality of the product. It appears to hold up well and is very durable. The size of the box is about the length of a shoe box. It was smaller than I anticipated, but it works! The lockability of the product is simple; not clunky or awkward. The cash box has a closeable lid of the top for water resistance in case you need to take it outside or use it outside. I would say that it would hold up. Overall, this product is worth the value of your money! Highly recommended and would purchase again.

Worked out good, I insulated the back of the lid to keep bugs out. A little fabricating know all sealed.

Have this on my front door of my shop and it comes with spacers so you can open the lid all the way too!

I sell IBC Totes as a side job. A lot of my customers will pick up throughout the day while I am at work. I give my customers detailed instructions on which totes are available, and where to leave the money. This money box was perfect for what I needed, and very affordable. Before I got this box, I was having customers leave the money in a vehicle, under a rock, under a piece of wood etc.... I mounted this to a 6x6 post, somewhat out of the weather. It keeps the contents dry, and very easy for my customers to use. This would also be ideal for someone doing an honor system for firewood bundles or selling eggs, honey etc...

This works perfectly for our roadside egg stand. The lid keeps rain and bugs from getting inside. Size could be a little larger, color is great and perfect value for the money!

First to address the other negative reviews, clearly some did not read directions (included) YES you need to mount it on the spacers provided or door will not open. That DOES mean its not Fort Knox. Can someone pry this off with a crowbar... um sure... but if you are just looking for a casual Key Drop, or relatively safe area for a cash drop it will work fine. The one issue I had and not addressed in other reviews... IF the person is drooping off cash in envelope it works fine, BUT people shoving in cash in the large hole, the money will stay on top and easily fished out... now you might think the person drooping $ in this way is stupid... while I wont comment on that, for ME a lot of people do it.. I live in a good place and have never actually had things stolen from it BUT it could VERY easily happen. I am not sure if I can edit and add a picture to show you what I mean but will add one if I can.
