Easy to work with and sharp
I love this knife, it can definitely be used for multiple applications in kitchen. Not to heavy, but heavy enough to help make good cuts

I like the knife as it suits my needs.
Face it. It wasn’t made in Japan by a living treasure craftsman carefully folding each layer of metal and meticulously crafting each blade. It was never in Japan. You don’t get all that for $22.I’ve seen Lithuania in the literature but the icing on the cake is the label on the cellophane wrapper the says “Made in China”. We live in a world of deceit after all. But, I love the knife. I love the shape. I love the sharp edge that I can easily redress as needed. I love the weight. This knife isn’t for pansies. It gets the job done. Don’t buy it if you are a pansy

It’s an awesome knife
Sharp enough but it doesn’t really water bottle as they show on commercial but it can cut through vegetables and boneless meat but never tried chopping through any bones yet. I’d rather heavy duty cleaver to cut through bones. It’s worth buying the Huusk knives and I’m getting more soon.

Fair knife to keep around
While I really like the shape of this knife, the steel is just plain stainless steel, nothing special. What will keep this cutting well is your ability to sharpen it. I really do like it overall, except for the ugly hammer finish on the sides of the blade. A simple polished look would have been much nicer. While I bought this as a heavy duty kitchen knife, it would probably also work well as a hunting knife or even for Bushcraft. That being said, it is a bit overpriced. And don't expect miracles from it

Useful kitchen tool
I was a bit doubtful about buying an economy knife...but I am glad I did. It came out of the box very sharp and passed paper cutting test easily. I am not a professional chef and it is comfortable enough. The hole allows for a safe grip while applying decent force. I enjoying using it around the kitchen. The sheath looks cheap but then again, it is an inexpensive knife. Does protect the blade and the owner from accidental cuts though.Overall, happy with the purchase. Thank you.
